Available for live sessions in Classic and Mastery Peak modes

Keep an eye on your students' progress without interrupting a live session! The Provide Support feature gives you a private view of how your students are doing when it matters most.

Provide Support lets you access a teacher-only dashboard that allows you to check the pulse of your classroom, but privately! It can be accessed from the main dashboard in a separate tab, window, or even on another device.

Here’s what you can do on the Provide Support dashboard:

  • Monitor students who are struggling with low accuracy
  • Enable live raise-hand activity
  • Access the live leaderboard
  • View the overall class performance
  • Assign Accommodations to your students in real time

How to access the Provide Support feature

  1. During a session, look at the top-left corner of your screen
  2. Click the ‘Provide Support’ button
  3. This opens the dashboard in a new browser tab
  4. You can keep it open in that tab or copy the URL to open it on another device, like a second device or a tablet

Now, you can monitor students who are struggling with low accuracy, enable live hand-raise activity, access the live leaderboard, view the overall class performance, and assign Accommodations to your students in real time.
