Edit, Save, & Delete Assessments (Quizzes)

Every question and Assessment/Quiz can be edited, saved, shared with collaborators (reports with parents/guardians), and deleted.

1. To edit pre-existing Assessments/Quizzes, follow these steps: 
   1. Click on My library which contains all the Assessments/Quizzes
   2. Select the correct Assessment/Quiz you want to edit
   3. Select the edit option to start editing the Assessment/Quiz 
   4. To edit your question, click on the edit button --
      1. Format the style of the question 
      2. Edit the options
      3. Add math equations and images to questions and options
   5. Click on Publish to save your edits 
   6. Host this version live or assign it as homework if required
      
      
2. To edit questions while creating an Assessment/quiz, follow these steps:
   1. Click on 'Create' on the left navigation pane and select 'Assessment' (or 'Quiz')
   2. Name and tag your Assessment/Quiz appropriately
   3. Teleport questions and/or create questions
   4. To edit your question, click on the edit button --
      1. Format the style of the question 
      2. Edit the options
      3. Add math equations and images to questions and options
   5. Click on Save to retain your edits
   6. Click on 'Publish' to host the activity live or to assign as homework
      
      
3. To save Assessments/Quizzes, follow these steps:
   Prerequisite: Create an Assessment/Quiz (either by creating questions and/or teleporting questions)
   1. Click on the Save icon
   2. In the collections window, create a folder to collect all similar Assessments/Quizzes (pertaining to a certain subject or grade)
   3. Click on Create
   4. Confirm that the correct Assessment/Quiz has been collected in the correct collection
   5. Click on Done
      You can save other publicly available Assessments/Quizzes in your library as well. My Library will contain the Assessments/Quizzes you have created and/or imported.
4. To delete Assessments/Quizzes, follow these steps:

   Prerequisite: Create an Assessment/Quiz (either by creating questions and/or teleporting questions)
   1. Click on the delete icon ()
   2. Confirm if you want to delete the Assessment/Quiz by clicking on 'Delete' again
      
      You will not be able to restore an Assessment/Quiz from trash, once deleted.
      Note that you can only delete your copy of the Assessment/Quiz from your Library. Publicly available Assessments/quizzes cannot be deleted from the Quizizz site.
