Update Email Address, Username, and Password

Your Quizizz username differs from the email address you use to log in and/or sign up. Quizizz will use your username throughout the Quizizz site and this username will be shared along with the student reports that you share with students/guardians

To update your email address, follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Settings' from the left navigation pane
2. Erase the previous email address and update the correct one
3. Click on 'Save changes' 
4. In case you are unable to access an old account with your new email address, please reach out to support@quizizz.com

Quizizz can update and sync your previous and current email addresses to access the contents of your account. 

Note that Quizizz does not allow merging two accounts.

To change your username, follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Settings' from the left navigation pane
2. Enter the username you prefer. If in case your preferred username is not available, use characters, numbers and/or symbols until the save option turns green
3. Click on 'Save changes' 

To change your password, follow these steps:  

1. Click on 'Settings' from the left navigation pane
2. Type your new password
3. Reconfirm your new password by typing it again (copy and paste will not work here)
4. Click on 'Update Password'
