For Students

By integrating Quizizz with Schoology, students can conveniently access and complete Quizizz sessions directly within the Schoology course page. This means they don't have to deal with extra logins or the hassle of switching between tabs and instead have an easy, uninterrupted learning experience.

Follow the steps below to participate in a Quizizz session on Schoology:

  1. Log in to your Schoology account and click on 'Courses' from the top navigation pane
  2. Select the course to which your teacher has assigned a Quizizz resource
  3. Find and click on the Quizizz resource assigned by your teacher

  4. Launch the Quizizz session
    1. The Quizizz session will open within Schoology itself (students are encouraged to open the session in full-screen mode by clicking on the full-screen button)
    2. You will be automatically signed into Quizizz — no need for additional logins!
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to start the session
  6. Answer the questions to the best of your ability
  7. After completing the session, submit your answers
Note:
  • The class roster on Quizizz is synced to Quizizz every time the teacher opens the Quizizz LTI app from the Schoology course.
  • When new students click on the Quizizz assignment link in their Schoology course, they are automatically added to the Quizizz class and can begin the Quizizz session immediately.
  • Linked sections in courses: If your Schoology course has multiple sections, Quizizz will update the class roster for a section as soon as the first student from that section starts a Quizizz activity assigned to them.
