Q. What should I do if my MS Teams is managed by a Trust or District, and I can’t change the permissions?

A. If you can't change permissions because your account is managed by a Trust or District, we can assist you by contacting the appropriate administrators. Please provide your contact details to our support team at support@quizizz.com, and we’ll help coordinate with them.

Q. Can I still share a Quizizz activity on MS Teams without assigning it to a class like I used to?

A. Unfortunately, sharing an activity directly on MS Teams without assigning it to a class is no longer possible. You can still paste a join link in your MS Teams channel, but for student rostering and direct assignment, you'll need to import your MS Teams channels as Classes on Quizizz.
