How to import an MS Teams channel as a Quizizz Class

Get ready to supercharge your MS Teams channels on Quizizz! With its seamless integration, importing your MS Teams channels on Quizizz is a breeze, and you can assign Quizizz activities to your students directly from MS Teams! Follow these simple steps to import your MS Teams channels into Quizizz Classes: 

1. To import a new class from MS Teams on Quizizz, follow these steps:
2. Click on 'Classes' in the left navigation pane
3. Choose MS Teams from under the ‘Import a new class from’ section
   
   
   
   
4. Log in with the account that needs to be synced with Microsoft Teams. Typically, this is your professional account associated with a school/college/district
5. Click on ‘Yes’ in the ‘Stay signed in?’ prompt
6. On the pop-up window, select the channel(s) from which you want to import your classes. The selected channels will be imported as classes on Quizizz
   1. Optionally, you can enable the ‘Share student progress reports with a parent/guardian’ setting by clicking on the check box 
7. Click on ‘Import’
   
   

Your selected channels from MS Teams will now be imported as Classes on Quizizz, and you can assign activities to them!

Please note that you can only use this feature if your Administrator has approved the integration of Quizizz and MS Teams. If you're attempting to import a channel from your MS Teams account to Quizizz Classes but have yet to receive administrator approval, you will be asked to provide your administrator's email address and initiate an approval request.

Quizizz will then contact your Administrator with the necessary steps to approve this feature for you!

Once your Administrator approves, you will be notified on your Explore and Classes pages on Quizizz, and you can import your MS Teams channels on Quizizz with ease.
