What happens when the Glitch power-up is applied in a game?

Once applied, the Glitch power-up causes the screen to glitch for 10 seconds. Everyone but the student who applied the power-up gets the glitchy screen. Though the power-up affects readability, students can still continue playing the game if they choose to do so.
