What happens when the Glitch Power-Up is applied in a game?

Once applied, the Glitch Power-Up causes the screen to glitch for 10 seconds. Everyone but the student who applied the Power-Up gets the glitchy screen. Though the Power-Up affects readability, students can still continue playing the game if they choose to do so.
