Introducing Quizizz AI (Beta)

Quizizz is pleased to announce the beta launch of your very own personalized teaching assistant, Quizizz AI! With Quizizz AI, you can tap into the limitless potential of artificial intelligence to support, engage, and motivate every learner. 

Whether you're looking to create an assignment from an existing document, import questions from worksheets, question banks, etc., or modify your questions to make them more fun, Quizizz AI is here to assist you through all of it.

Currently, there are three ways in which you can use Quizizz AI.  

Create with Quizizz AI (Beta)

Now, you can create quizzes using existing content in under a minute. There are five ways in which you can do this:

1. From a document: Generate questions from study materials (presentations/documents) and PDF/PPTX/DOC/DOCX/PNG/JPG files, and Quizizz AI will generate questions from the content
2. From a text or prompt: Enter an assessment topic or paste content text to generate questions using Quizizz AI
3. From a website: Paste the link to a webpage, and Quizizz AI will automatically process its contents to create an Assessment/Quiz
4. Upload an image: Use the Quizizz smartphone app to click and upload pictures of any content, and Quizizz will generate questions for your Assessment/Quiz

Import questions with Quizizz AI (Beta)

Import quizzes and questions from various sources like worksheets, Google Forms, etc., to create an Assessment/Quiz on Quizizz in minutes! You can:

1. Extract questions from a document: Upload a PDF/PPTX/DOC/DOCX/PNG/JPG file, and Quizizz AI will extract its questions to create a fun and interactive Assessment/Quiz
2. Paste questions: Copy and paste questions text from anywhere for Quizizz AI to create an Assessment/Quiz from it
3. Import a Google Form: Import a Google Form, and Quizizz AI will extract the questions to create an Assessment/Quiz
4. Upload a spreadsheet: Import questions from a spreadsheet to help Quizizz AI create an Assessment/Quiz for you
5. Upload images: Click and upload pictures of your physical worksheets, and Quizizz AI will convert them into Assessments/Quizzes

Enhance with Quizizz AI (Beta)

Modify your existing Assessments/Quizzes (both manually created as well as AI-generated) with Enhance to customize activities according to your students' needs. 

With the click of a button or a few simple prompts, Enhance can modify specific questions within your Assessment/Quiz or alter it as a whole. Here are some of the enhancements you can achieve with Quizizz AI:

1. Simplify/ increase the complexity of an Assessment/Quiz 
2. Translate an Assessment/Quiz to another language 
3. Add five similar questions to an Assessment/Quiz
4. Convert questions into real-world scenarios 
5. Make an Assessment/Quiz more fun using a theme

Where to find Quizizz AI (Beta)

You can find Quizizz AI (Beta) in many different ways on Quizizz.

Access Quizizz AI using the 'Create' button

1. Click on the 'Create' button from the left navigation pane
2. Select 'Assessment' or 'Quiz'
3. You will be directed to the creation lobby, where you can choose to:
   1. Import worksheets and questions
   2. Generate with AI
   3. Create from scratch
4. On selecting any of the above options, the rest of the options will always appear on the left side of your screen for easy access

Access Quizizz AI from the 'Quizizz AI' section

1. Select 'Quizizz AI' from the left navigation pane
2. This will take you to the page with all things Quizizz AI! You can choose to:
   1. Transform your existing resources, like documents, spreadsheets, images, etc., into engaging Assessments/Quizzes

   2. Generate questions instantly from a topic, prompt, website, excerpt, and more

3. Once you select any of the above options, you can easily access the rest of them and more from the left side of your screen

Where to find Quizizz AI Enhance

To enhance an existing Assessment/Quiz in your Library or the Quizizz Library, you will find the ‘✨AI Enhance’ button right at the top of the card. To enhance only certain questions, use the ‘✨Enhance with AI’ button on each question when you hover over it.

To enhance an Assessment/Quizyou’re still editing, use the 'Quizziz AI Quick Actions' section on the right-hand side. To enhance and customize questions individually, you’ll find the AI Enhance () button for each question.
