You can download the Excel sheet of a report and perform the following simple steps:

1. Transpose the data

Since the student names are arranged in rows, you need to transpose the data to switch them to columns.

Step 1: Copy the table you want to modify.

Step 2: Open a new worksheet (preferably) and right-click to find the 'Paste option. Look for the 'Transpose' command in the context menu

Step 3: Click on the Transpose button, and the desired switch will appear

2. Sort the data

Now that the table is transposed, you can sort the names alphabetically by following these steps:

Step 1: Select the column you wish to alphabetize.

Step 2: Go to the Data tab and click on it in the top menu to view the Data options in the ribbon above your spreadsheet

Step 3: Look for the Sort & Filter section. If you don't see it in the Data menu, try going back to the Home tab and locate the Sort & Filter button in the Editing section.

Step 4: Click the A → Z button to sort the names

Following these steps will help you arrange your students' data alphabetically. If you need their scores, you can refer to the other reports available for printing (click here to know more).
