How To Add a Video to a Question

In the question editor page, you can add any video from YouTube, Google Drive, OneDrive, or your device to a question.

To add a video to a question, edit the question and click on the video icon (). You can then add a YouTube video, import a video from Google Drive or OneDrive, or upload one from your device. 

Adding a YouTube video

  1. Click on the video icon () to insert a video
  2. Search for a video using the search bar or paste the YouTube video URL



  3. Trim the length of the video as per your requirement
  4. Click on 'Insert'

Uploading a video from Google Drive or OneDrive

  1. Click on the video icon () to insert a video
  2. Choose Google Drive or OneDrive based on your video import source



  3. Select the video you want to insert into the question 
    • Make sure the video is publicly accessible. If it isn't, you'll see an option to change the access settings after selecting the video. Click on the 'Make publicly accessible' button to proceed
  4. Click on 'Insert'

Uploading a video from your device

  1. Click on the video icon to insert a video
  2.  Click on the 'Upload - Free arrows icons Upload video' button



  3. Select the video you want to insert in the question and upload it
  4. Click on 'Insert'

Note:

  • In case you do not have permission to upload a video from Google Drive/OneDrive, request the owner of the video file to make it public so that you can add it to your question 
  • Supported video formats are .mp4 and .ogg
  • Videos should be less than 100 MB
