How do I make my resources private/restricted?

To prevent cheating, make your Quizizz resource private (or restricted) so students cannot access it or view the answers before a session.

Starting in August 2022, marking your resources as restricted is available as part of the Quizizz Individual (Super) and Quizizz School and District Plans.

To make your resource private, follow these steps:

1. Click on 'Library' from the left navigation pane
2. Select the resource that you would like to mark as private
3. Click on the 'Edit' button located under the name of the resource
4. Click the 'Settings' button located in the top right corner of your screen
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the drop-down menu under 'Visibility' and select 'Restricted'
   • Alternatively, you can select 'Everyone in my organization' to make your resource visible to teachers in your organization
6. Click on 'Save'
7. Click on 'Publish' to publish the finalized modifications to the resource
